This Privacy Policy describes Dracor Consulting’s current information practices when you visit this website, use a browser-based tool, send an inquiry, book a strategy session, request a report, or provide materials for an accepted project. It is a general operational disclosure, not legal advice.
1. Information You Provide
You may provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, business or project name, requested service, public website URL, budget range, timeline, preferred contact method, assessment name, manuscript genre, approximate word count, Fiverr-ordering preference, message, and scheduling details. If a project is accepted, any later file-transfer method and permitted materials will be confirmed separately in writing.
Do not submit manuscript text, passwords, payment-card numbers, private account credentials, government identification numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through the general contact form.
2. Contact Form and Email
The contact form sends inquiry information to Dracor Consulting through the website hosting environment and business email. A prepared email link may be offered as a fallback if direct form delivery is unavailable. Form data is used to review the inquiry, respond, prepare a quote, schedule a discussion, fulfill a requested report when separate delivery consent is given, and maintain reasonable business records. Optional marketing consent is separate and is not required for an inquiry, quote, or report.
Assessment answers are not transferred automatically with a report request. If you request a report, the Contact system transmits the contact details, selected assessment name, message, and other fields you choose to submit. Report-delivery consent permits use of that submitted information to prepare and deliver the requested report. The separate optional marketing checkbox applies only to occasional business updates and is not required for report delivery.
3. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-Q75CHDNEEZ to understand website traffic and interactions. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies and collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, referral source, session activity, and interaction events.
Dracor Consulting uses analytics to improve website content, navigation, performance, and conversion paths. Custom events use non-personal labels such as the tool or service category, assessment step, result band, CTA location, and outbound destination category. The website is not configured to intentionally send assessment answers, raw assessment scores, names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, URLs entered by visitors, manuscript details or text, order information, or payment-card information to Google Analytics.
You can limit cookies through your browser settings or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Google's own privacy terms and data practices apply to Google Analytics.
4. Calendly Scheduling
Strategy-session booking is provided through Calendly. When you open or use a Calendly booking page, Calendly may collect scheduling, contact, device, cookie, and usage information under its own Privacy Notice and terms. Information needed for the meeting may also be shared with Dracor Consulting.
5. Assessments, Reports, and Manuscript Services
Version 1.1 assessments process selected answers in current-tab browser memory by default. Answers are not placed in cookies or local storage, sent to Dracor Consulting, attached to the Contact form, or sent to analytics. Closing or refreshing the page clears the assessment state. A free result can be printed or saved through the browser on your device.
An optional report request is a separate Contact submission. Dracor Consulting may use the information you deliberately provide during that request and later fulfillment—including a printed free summary or other agreed result information—to prepare an automated or human-reviewed report within the confirmed scope. Do not send assessment answers or confidential material unless requested through an approved fulfillment method.
Manuscript inquiries may include a broad genre, approximate word count, draft stage, requested service, and non-confidential message. Version 1.1 does not provide a manuscript-upload control and the general Contact form must not be used to paste or attach manuscript text. If a manuscript project is accepted, Dracor Consulting will identify an approved delivery method and written scope before files are provided.
Dracor Consulting treats manuscripts and client files as confidential project material and uses them for the agreed review, communication, delivery, necessary business records, security, and dispute resolution. Confidentiality is subject to the agreed service terms, authorized service providers needed to perform or deliver the work, legal obligations, safety and rights protection, and information the owner has made public or authorized for release. Do not submit material that you do not own or have permission to share.
6. Payments
Dracor Consulting uses approved links to secure Stripe-hosted checkout pages for five specifically identified services or project deposits. Card and checkout information is entered on Stripe, not on this website. Stripe processes that information under its own privacy policy, terms, cookies, security controls, and legal obligations. Do not send payment-card information through the Contact form, email, Calendar, or manuscript-transfer channels.
7. External Links and Social Platforms
The website may link to Stripe, Calendly, Fine Art America, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Linktree, Google, and other third-party resources. A Fiverr link will appear only if a current approved profile or offer URL is configured. When you follow a third-party link, that platform may receive information such as your IP address, device or browser details, referring page, account activity, scheduling details, order details, or information you submit there. Its privacy policy, cookies, terms, account controls, and security practices apply independently.
8. How Information Is Used
- Respond to inquiries and provide requested services.
- Prepare estimates, proposals, reports, project plans, and deliverables.
- Schedule meetings and communicate about projects.
- Send occasional business updates only when optional marketing consent is provided.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
- Measure website usage and conversion activity.
- Maintain business, accounting, legal, and security records.
- Prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
9. Information Sharing
Dracor Consulting does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, email, analytics, scheduling, payments, file delivery, and other business operations; when required by law; to protect rights or security; or with your direction or consent.
10. Retention and Security
Browser-local assessment answers are not retained by Dracor Consulting because they are not transmitted by default. Contact inquiries, consent records, report-fulfillment information, project communications, manuscripts or files received through an approved project method, and related business records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry or service, accounting and legal obligations, security, recordkeeping, and dispute resolution. Different records may require different retention periods.
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, and access to confidential project material is limited according to the work being performed. No website, email system, file-transfer method, or online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
11. Your Choices
You may contact Dracor Consulting at info@dracorconsulting.com to ask what personal information the business holds directly about you, request correction, withdraw optional marketing consent, or request deletion. Dracor Consulting may need to verify the request and may retain information required for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, contractual, or dispute-resolution purposes. Requests concerning information controlled by Stripe, Calendly, Fiverr, Fine Art America, a social platform, or Google must also be directed to that provider when applicable.
12. Children
This website and its business services are not directed to children under 13. A parent or legal guardian should handle inquiries involving a minor.
13. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated when services, tools, providers, or legal requirements change. The revision date at the top will identify the current version.
14. Contact
Privacy questions may be sent to info@dracorconsulting.com or discussed by calling (970) 400-1658.
