These Terms of Service govern use of the Dracor Consulting website. Separate proposals, statements of work, invoices, marketplace terms, checkout terms, or signed agreements may apply to paid services and will control if they conflict with these general website terms.
These terms and the website’s educational content are general business information, not legal advice.
1. Website Purpose
This website provides information about Dracor Consulting services, including business consulting, practical AI workflow guidance, SEO, website strategy, content improvement, creative manuscript and author support, proofreading, creative media, photography, video production, editing, and related digital support.
Website content is general business and marketing information. It is not legal, tax, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
2. Inquiries and Client Relationships
Submitting a form, sending an email, taking an assessment, requesting information, or booking a meeting does not automatically create a client relationship, guarantee project acceptance, reserve availability, or establish a final price.
Paid work begins only after scope, deliverables, timeline, pricing, revisions, payment terms, ownership, and other material expectations are confirmed in writing.
3. Calendly Booking
Free strategy-session scheduling is offered through Calendly. Calendly is a third-party service with its own terms and privacy practices. A booking is an introductory meeting request and does not guarantee that Dracor Consulting will accept a project or provide free implementation work.
4. Quotes, Estimates, and Availability
Website prices, assessment estimates, project ranges, preliminary recommendations, and informal timelines are not binding unless confirmed in a written agreement or checkout description. Dracor Consulting may decline or reschedule work based on fit, availability, scope, safety, legality, or required expertise.
5. Assessments and Reports
Free scorecards, questionnaires, recommendations, and planning tools use rules-based results that depend on the answers selected by the user. Unless a page expressly says otherwise, a free tool does not crawl a website, inspect an account, verify a profile, analyze manuscript text, provide a complete manuscript edit, certify accessibility or compliance, guarantee search rankings or publishing outcomes, or provide legal, tax, financial, medical, employment, privacy, or security advice.
A requested automated report expands the educational findings only within the assessment and report scope confirmed in writing. A human-reviewed report adds review of the agreed materials and professional judgment, but does not imply access to accounts, a technical crawl, manuscript analysis, or other work that is not expressly included. Neither report type guarantees results. Complete premium report content is not automatically unlocked by the free tools.
Users are responsible for checking facts, obtaining advice from appropriately qualified professionals when needed, reviewing recommendations before implementation, and maintaining backups of websites, documents, manuscripts, and other materials.
6. Creative Manuscript and Author Services
Beta reading, proofreading, first-chapter critiques, continuity reviews, and manuscript feedback are provided according to the purchased package or written scope. Reader feedback is subjective, and no service guarantees publication, agent representation, sales, contest results, ratings, or audience response.
You confirm that you own the submitted material or have permission to provide it. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, malicious, or confidential third-party material without authorization. The author retains ownership of the manuscript and underlying creative work. Dracor Consulting does not acquire ownership merely because material is submitted for review; any rights in annotations, reports, edited deliverables, or reusable Dracor materials will be addressed in the written project terms.
Version 1.1 does not accept manuscript uploads through the general Contact form. For an accepted project, the delivery method, authorized recipients, confidentiality expectations, retention needs, and permitted uses will be confirmed in writing. Confidentiality does not prevent disclosures required by law, needed to protect safety or rights, authorized by the owner, or made to an approved service provider necessary to perform or deliver the agreed work.
7. Payments and Refunds
The website links to secure Stripe-hosted checkout for the expressly identified AI Workflow Consultation, Website & SEO Review, Consulting Project Deposit, Creative Manuscript Services Deposit, and Creative Media Project Deposit. Dracor Consulting does not collect payment-card information on this website. Payment-card information must be provided only through the identified Stripe-hosted page and never through the general Contact form, email, Calendar, or file-transfer channel.
The AI Workflow Consultation and Website & SEO Review are fixed-price services as described immediately before their payment links. The three deposit options are credits toward separately approved projects, not complete project purchases. Custom projects, variable-price work, remaining balances, and unlisted services remain subject to an approved written quote or invoice.
Opening checkout, returning to the website, seeing a confirmation page, or providing a screenshot does not verify payment. Scheduling, work, file delivery, report delivery, or other fulfillment begins only after Jake confirms a successfully completed payment in the Stripe Dashboard and matches it to the applicable customer and service or approved project. Failed, canceled, refunded, disputed, or pending payments do not trigger fulfillment.
AI Workflow Consultation cancellations and rescheduling
For the AI Workflow Consultation only, a cancellation request received more than 48 hours before the scheduled start is eligible for a full refund or one complimentary reschedule. A request received between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled start is eligible for a 75% refund. A request received less than 24 hours before the scheduled start, including a same-day cancellation, is eligible for a 50% refund. A no-show or cancellation after the scheduled start is nonrefundable. Once the consultation has begun, the consultation fee is nonrefundable.
Dracor Consulting may make reasonable exceptions for documented emergencies at its discretion, but an exception is not promised. This consultation policy does not automatically apply to the Website & SEO Review, project deposits, manuscript work, Creative Media projects, reports, or other deliverables.
Website & SEO Review cancellations
A Website & SEO Review may be cancelled for a full refund before requested intake information is submitted and before review work begins. Once intake review or other work has begun, any refund will be limited to the unearned portion of the payment after deducting work already completed. Once the review has been substantially completed or delivered, the payment is nonrefundable.
Project-deposit cancellations
If a Consulting Project Deposit, Creative Manuscript Services Deposit, or Creative Media Project Deposit project is cancelled before onboarding, preparation, or project work begins, 75% of the deposit will be refunded and 25% will be retained for administration, onboarding, planning, and reserved project capacity.
After work begins, any refund will be limited to the unearned portion of the payment after deducting documented work already completed and approved nonrecoverable project costs. When completed work equals or exceeds the deposit, or when the agreed work has been substantially completed or delivered, the deposit is nonrefundable. A deposit is not automatically nonrefundable outside these approved conditions.
Refund processing and exceptions
Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method. Processing and bank-posting times are controlled by the payment provider and the customer’s financial institution. Dracor Consulting may make reasonable exceptions for documented emergencies or unusual circumstances at its discretion, but an exception is not guaranteed.
These policies do not create a refund percentage, cancellation deadline, revision promise, delivery guarantee, dispute procedure, rescheduling entitlement, or additional exception for reports, assessments, custom quotes, or another service. Contact info@dracorconsulting.com with payment, cancellation, or refund questions before purchase.

Dracor Consulting does not control third-party accounts, transactions, policies, content, security, moderation decisions, outages, or data handling, and cannot guarantee continued availability of an external link or offer.
13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Dracor Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use, third-party services, user implementation decisions, lost data, or reliance on general information without a separate written service agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
